The 17th Circuit’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Center is located one-half block east of the Winnebago County Courthouse in Rockford, Illinois.

The Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Center was the first of its kind in the State of Illinois. Since the center was established in 1987, it has handled an average of 1,000 civil cases each year.

The day to day management of the ADR Center is the responsibility of the Arbitration Administrator.

The ADR Center hosts the Court-Annexed Mandatory Arbitration Program and provides space to local mediators to conduct mediations.

Area mediators are warmly invited to reserve space at the ADR Center, free of charge. We’re proud to support our community by offering comfortable mediation and caucus rooms, complimentary WiFi, and friendly reception services to help create a professional and welcoming environment for your work.
