Reports and Presentations 2023 Annual Report Measure what Matters Courts use "Clearance Rates" as a performance measurement tool. A clearance rate is the measure of the number of cases closed as compared to the number of newly filed cases over a given period of time. It is a measurement of whether the court is keeping up with the pace of newly filed cases or if the court is falling behind and a backlog of cases is developing. A clearance rate of 100% or higher indicates that the court is keeping up with its incoming caseload. Please review our performance and clearance rates in the detailed reports below: Winnebago County Statistics 2024 1st and 2nd Quarter Statistics 2024 2nd Quarter Statistics 2024 1st Quarter 2023 Full Year 2023 4th Quarter 2023 3rd Quarter 2023 2nd Quarter 2023 1st Quarter 2022 Full Year 2022 4th Quarter 2022 3rd Quarter 2022 2nd Quarter 2022 1st Quarter 2021 Full Year 2020 Full Year Cases Filed 10 Year Report Cases Closed 10 Year Report Boone County Statistics 2024 1st & 2nd Quarter Statistics 2024 2nd Quarter Statistics 2024 1st Quarter 2023 Full Year 2023 4th Quarter 2023 3rd Quarter 2023 2nd Quarter 2023 1st Quarter 2022 Full Year 2022 4th Quarter 2022 3rd Quarter 2022 2nd Quarter 2022 1st Quarter 2021 Full year 2020 Full Year Cases Filed 10 Year Report Cases Closed 10 Year Report Information compiled from official court records may be available pursuant to the 17th Circuit Policy on Public Access to Information Complied From Court Records.
