When the jury assembly process is underway, only summoned jurors and necessary staff are permitted in a jury assembly room.

11.02 Filming and Photography in the Jury Assembly Room
In order to preserve the anonymity of prospective jurors summoned to appear for jury duty, the use of any device to film, photograph, or audio record any individual within the jury assembly room shall be prohibited when summoned jurors are present.
