Annually, the Winnebago and Boone County Sheriff’s Departments shall identify all civil warrants to which this rule will apply and present an Order to the Chief Judge for approval. Any other order or judgment previously entered in the case shall remain in effect. Subsequently, any party to a case may pursue any post-trial proceedings legally available.
