Winnebago County Courthouse Operations and Scheduling Page Concening the Winnebago County Courthouse at 400 West State Street, Rockford, Illinois 61101, individuals now have full access to the offices of the Circuit Clerk, Domestic Violence Assistance Center, Law Library/Self-Help Center, State’s Attorney, Public Defender, Coroner, Jury Commission, and Kids' Place Facility. As of Monday, March 13, 2023, court operations have resumed as normal in all Courthouse locations. You may find a directory of judges here.
